Theresa Fleming, PhD, The University of Auckland, New Zealand
Terry (Theresa) Fleming is a senior lecturer in youth mental health in the Departments of Paediatrics and Psychological Medicine at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her clinical background is in working with adolescents in ‘hard to reach’ communities. Terry is a co-developer of SPARX, a serious game CCBT program now funded for public use in New Zealand. She oversees the clinical aspects of SPARX implementation in New Zealand and advises on the implementation of e-mental health tools in New Zealand and elsewhere. Terry is interested in increasing the impact of e-mental health tools on population mental health, and in processes such as gamification, crowd sourcing, telepresence, rapid testing and implementation.
